Work Department

Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution

Position

Peter is a partner in Punct Law firm.

Peter has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of corporate commercial law and dispute resolution. With an analytical approach, he prioritizes distinguishing between the essential and non-essential elements in contract drafting, negotiations, and disputes. In collaborations with clients, Peter aims to act as an enhancement to the client's team, contributing to the best possible outcomes.

He is a board member of ASE and the Danish subsidiaries of the German BPW group, including BPW Finans, HBN Teknik, Ermax, and Besko.

In the early stages of his career, Peter received a generalist education as a legal assistant and lawyer at the predecessor of Bruun & Hjejle (Jonas Bruun), covering nearly all aspects of corporate commercial law – including business contracts, M&A, employment law, IPR, and TMT – as well as in dispute resolution.

Peter has continued with this broad foundation, but now focuses on corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution. In recent years within dispute resolution, Peter has handled larger complex cases, including management liability during the financial crisis, significant arbitration cases, and securities litigation. Since 2017, Peter has been qualified to appear before the Supreme Court.
