Position

Lotte is a partner at Punct Law Firm. Since 2006, Lotte has specialized in litigation and arbitration. She has worked on many complex litigation and arbitration cases and is highly regarded for her experience in this area of law. She earned the right to appear before the Supreme Court in 2014.

She regularly acts an arbitrator in Danish and international arbitration cases and has conducted many arbitration cases herself. She is regularly appointed arbitrator by the Danish Institute of Arbitration, SCC Arbitration Institute, or parties and is familiar with the arbitration rules of DIA, SCC, ICC and LCIA.

In 2018, Lotte served as acting judge in the Eastern High Court which deepend her understanding of court room dynamics.

Lotte has particular expertise in matters of contract law (including post-M&A disputes), tort law, and insurance law matters. Within tort law, Lotte often works on cases of professional liability, management liability, prospectus liability, and compliance and disclosure obligation liability of listed companies.

Lotte gained her experience by working on some of the largest and most complex cases within her area of expertise and often advises on international cases.

In addition to teaching, Lotte is also an active member of the Danish Association for Arbitration, Copenhagen Dispute Circle, International Association for Insurance Law (AIDA) and the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association.
