Paula joined Guzmán & Cía. in October 2021 as an intern, where she spent three months supporting the water law and sanitary law areas. She rejoined in 2023 as a lawyer working in the fields of administrative law and water law, specializing in handling various applications and administrative procedures before the General Water Directorate and other government bodies.

Diploma in Company Real Estate Law at Universidad de los Andes (2022). Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences with a specialization in Public Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2019).
