Labour & Immigration Manager

Patricia was a paralegal at Russell Bedford International. As an associate of Miguel Mur Abogados, she has led projects to implement labour compliance standards and due diligences in companies with more than one thousand (1,000) workers, she has also led salary restructuring of companies in different sectors, implemented equal pay policies and advise on inspection processes in entities such as SUNAFIL, MTPE and SUNAT. Moreover, it has been in charge of hiring national and foreign personnel, and has executed programs of disciplinary procedures, separation of collective and individual personnel and personnel in management positions.

She has been in charge of labour planning within the framework of COVID-19, achieving among them the approval of 100% of perfect suspensions, salary efficiency structures, separation negotiations, negotiation of contractual modifications, among others. It also implemented a modification of the immigration structure for the Mexican company Finvivir, which expedited the flow of workers from the Mexican company to the branch in Peru.

She has taught labour compliance courses to companies in the retail, real estate, agricultural, construction and tourism sectors. She has been a speaker in training programs on topics of equal pay, prevention against sexual harassment and immigration law.

Patricia is a member of the Lima Bar Association

Patricia Kcomt is a lawyer from the Universidad de Piura, with a second speciality in Labour and Social Security Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has a specialization in Human Resources from the Universidad del Pacífico and a diploma in the OSH Management System from the Universidad San Martín de Porres. Currently, Patricia is pursuing a Master's Degree in Labour and Social Security Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
