Carlianne joined Aaron & Partners in 2021 as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Team.
Carlianne qualified as a solicitor in March 2016 having trained at a Legal 500 listed firm.
Carlianne has a diverse practice and is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of disputes. She has particular experience dealing with complex contractual disputes (sales of goods and services), company disputes (such as unfair prejudice petitions), breach of warranty claims, breach of restrictive covenant claims, partnership disputes, property disputes (including disputes relating to building works to properties), civil fraud claims, contentious probate disputes and Landlord and Tenant claims. She also has experience dealing with urgent injunctions.
Carlianne has acted for clients in the County Court, High Court, Technology and Construction Court and Court of Appeal.
Carlianne is qualified as a Solicitor Advocate allowing her to appear as an Advocate in the higher Courts of England and Wales.
Education
Carlianne read Law at the University of Cambridge before achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law, Chester.
