Sophie specialises in Property Litigation, with experience in a broad range of both commercial and residential property disputes. She has worked on a variety of matters, from title and boundary issues to lengthy and complex business disputes involving land and property. She has particular experience in dealing with lease renewal litigation and other commercial lease disputes, as well as acting for lenders and LPA receivers in mortgage repossession claims. She has experience of cases at all levels, including the County Court, High Court, and the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
Sophie graduated from the University of Liverpool before pursuing a career in law, and is currently studying to qualify as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
