In 1997 Richard joined Aaron & Partners as a partner specialising in mineral, waste management, environmental and agricultural work. Since then, he has dealt with a wide range of mineral, waste disposal and agricultural law issues, in particular involving Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and farm diversification, including a variety of renewable energy, and energy from waste projects. Richard now works for Aaron & Partners as a consultant.
Memberships
Richard is the Liveryman of the Worshipful Society of Water Conservators, Freeman of the City of London, Member of the Agricultural Law Association and a Member of Country Landowners Association.
Education
Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1976 after graduating from Birmingham University with an honours degree in law.
