Associate Solicitor

Jonathan is an Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate team who prides himself on providing straightforward, pragmatic advice to clients together with a keen eye for detail and an efficient working style.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Chester in 2009 and completed his LPC at the University of Law, Chester, in 2010. Prior to joining Aaron & Partners as a Solicitor in 2021, Jonathan spent his earlier career within the Accident Management and Insurance sector. Jonthan was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2023 and primarily focusses on matters concerning Commercial Property law.

Jonathan handles a wide array of commercial property matters, from the sale and purchase of land and buildings, the granting, variation or renewal of leases for both Landlords and Tenants, to the granting of easements and other property rights. Such matters have been on behalf of PLC's, SME’s, private and international clients along with Charities.

Jonathan is keen to focus on development law, working on matters in relation to highway agreements and the setting up of new building sites, he will also continue to act for his commercial property clients, providing reliable advice and achieving outcomes that are most favourable for his clients.
