Debbie joined Aaron & Partners in September 2017 following a change of career.

Prior to working at Aaron and Partners, Debbie was a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group for a number of years and has also held management positions in NatWest and RBS.

Debbie has a first class honours degree in Business Studies, and has recently attained distinctions in the GDL, the LPC and in a Master of Sciences in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Chester.
