Brent specialises in the acquisition, disposal and funding of commercial and agricultural property, advising clients in both the public and private sectors. Notable instructions have included the sale of 100 acres of land to Toyota for the construction of its Deeside Engine plant and the purchases of County Hall, Chester and the 66 acre Thornton Science Park, Stanlow.
A former Wimbledon tennis umpire, Brent is now heavily involved in the breeding and racing of thoroughbreds and is a member of the Chester Racecourse Committee.
