Career
Hannah is a Partner in the Real Estate team and acts for an array of clients on matters concerning commercial property generally and mines and minerals.
Hannah joined Aaron & Partners in 2019 as an Associate Solicitor, having worked across the North Wales and North Shropshire area. Promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor in 2022, Hannah has continued to provide exceptional legal advice and support on a national basis and on cross border transactions.
Hannah’s general commercial property work includes transactions involving acting for developers and investor clients including managing their property portfolios in landlord and tenant matters. Examples of work include acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance support, leases of commercial parks and general advice on property assets.
Hannah also has considerable expertise in mines and minerals and renewable energy sectors transactional work such as leases of minerals, plant processing sites and renewable energy work. .
Hannah continues to represent a range of different clients from banks, property developers, landowners and PLC’s to educational bodies and charities in both mineral and commercial property matters generally.
Hannah’s focus is mines and minerals, renewables, development work, corporate support and management of commercial client's property portfolios.
Hannah understands her clients’ businesses, working practices and desired outcomes. She puts in the effort to really understand her clients’ needs so that she can incorporate them in a commercially effective way in the transaction at hand. Hannah has a proven ability to deal with bespoke transactions providing successful outcomes where, for example, the type of scenario is untested and without precedent.
Hannah shares a lot of the same ideals as her clients and is committed to causes such as the Critical Minerals Association and is also a member of the Institute of Quarrying.
With a keen interest in the UK’s green future Hannah is involved in a number of projects to reduce her clients carbon footprint and the securing and utilisation of the UK’s critical minerals to help the UK reach its carbon reduction goals.
