Trish deals with all aspects of commercial property, including freehold sales and purchases, large substation leases, easements and land registration. Her particular area of specialism is landlord and tenant matters. She acts for both landlords and tenants doing both transactional and management related work. Her client base ranges from small family-owned businesses to PLCs.

Having grown up in Shropshire, Trish now divides her time between our Chester and Shrewsbury offices to meet the needs of her client base.
