Jennifer studied law at the University of East Anglia and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (University of Law) in Birmingham. After qualifying at a firm in Manchester, she spent 13 years working at a reputable firm in Shropshire before joining Aaron and Partners in June 2022 as an Associate Solicitor.

Now a Senior Associate Solicitor at the firm, Jennifer has extensive experience in advising employer clients on a range of Human Resources issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, employment status, contracts and handbooks, restrictive covenants and reorganisations, Jennifer has also acted for employees and employers in the employment tribunals, conducting her own advocacy.
