Debt Recovery Manager

Annara is a Debt Recovery Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the sector.

Annara is an accredited member of the ICM (Institute Of Credit Management) having achieved her Level 3 Diploma. She has an NVQ in Business Administration together with two training accreditations

For over three years she has been an Associate Team Leader, working with local authorities all over the country recovering business rates, council tax, and benefit debt. Annara has had particular success in dealing with debtors taking the Freeman of the Land stance to avoid paying council tax as well as successfully reaching agreement with more difficult cases relating to unpaid business rates.

Her success has led to client recommendations and onboarding of new clients. Annara often goes above and beyond for clients to ensure deadlines are met and a high level of service is maintained.

She also has experience in insurance costs recovery, car finance and banking debt collections, earning an excellent reputation in all areas with her ability to negotiate and apply the most appropriate enforcement method effectively and efficiently. Annara was also nominated by a large insurance provider for an excellence award for her work on a large costs order granted against a bus full of claimants.
