Caroline is an accomplished solicitor within our Wills, Trusts & Tax team and possesses a wealth of experience in a number of areas of law.

Before joining Aaron & Partners, Caroline worked at a top 100 law firm for over a decade, working on complex commercial litigation matters. This included handling contentious disputes ranging from Office of Fair Trading investigations to Commercial Agents claims.

Wanting to focus on a singular area of law that she had a passion for, Caroline joined Aaron & Partners in March 2023 as a solicitor as part of the Wills, Trusts, & Tax team.

Caroline's clients includes high net worth private clients, large corporate clients, wealthy landowners, and private individuals. Her clients trust her expertise in navigating complex legal matters and achieving favorable outcomes.

Caroline’s main area of expertise lies in handling Contentious Probate matters, a highly specialised area of law. Within this field, Caroline adeptly manages a wide range of inheritance and trust disputes. She is also experienced in dealing with Injunctions and professional negligence claims, which can often come into play in trust and inheritance disputes.

Caroline's success can be attributed to her approach towards her clients, believing that every client is different, and their needs must be addressed accordingly. This empathetic outlook allows her to understand the emotions and concerns of her clients, which is crucial in providing bespoke, tailored advice and solutions.
