Head of Firm

Michael is an experienced corporate lawyer and Head of Senet Corporate Solicitors. He has twenty seven (27) years of professional experience in Project Finance transactions, Banking, Insurance, Corporate Finance Transactions, Energy and Infrastructure, Real Estate and Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Mergers & Acquisition, Investment and Joint Ventures.

Before establishing Senet in early 2014, Michael was Partner and Head of the Finance and Projects Team at Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors (now ENS Africa Ghana). He also previously worked with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah and as in-house counsel for the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC). He served as an adjunct lecturer at the Central University College where he taught Company Law.  He is currently a lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) where he teaches Contract Law and International Investment Law.

He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in foreign direct investment, international trade and environment from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada.
