Energy

• Assisted Spur Enerji A.Ş. (Carbonage) a Turkish energy company in obtaining an electric charging station operating licence and establishing charging stations around Turkey.
• Represented a Turkish energy company regarding in obtaining the electric charging station operating licence, including electronic application processes, and preparation of presentations for Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
• Acting as Kalyon E.V.’s (Oncharge) legal department in establishing charging stations around Turkey, in the participation of the tenders and incentive programs provided by the Ministry of Industry and Technology to support fast charging station investments, electricity generation and distribution matters of electric charging stations located in many provinces of Turkey.
• Represented a Turkish energy company in establishing of a 1 Mw (Megawatt) solar power plant on 21,332 m2 in the Kaş district of Antalya province, in negotiation and preparation of EPC, O&M and Supply Contracts, in signing agreements with the electricity distribution company and obtaining electricity production license from Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

IP 

• Managing IP portfolios of clients operating in the retail, wholesale and energy sectors, providing strategic advice on IP matters, conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and assist in developing comprehensive IP strategies aligned with the business goals of the clients in these industries.
• Providing legal consultancy services in the registration and renewal of trademarks and designs with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, in reporting bulletins published by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, identifying trademarks that may infringe the clients’ trademarks, notifying the clients of associated risks, preparing objection and defense petitions, and advising on the protection of the clients' trademark and design rights.
• Providing risk analyses for trademarks and designs to be registered and provided legal advice in this regard.

Dispute Resolution

• Representing a client, who is the 20% shareholder of one of the largest retail company in Turkey, in the shareholder’s exit lawsuit filed against company, which is regarded as the largest shareholder exit in the Turkish retail sector.
• Providing extensive consultancy to one of the largest retail and chain market company in litigation and preventive law services, especially in commercial, contract, comsumer and IP law.
• Represented Fatoş Oyuncak, who is the most reputable and regarded soft sculptor artist, in an intellectual property lawsuit, worth 10 million dollars, against one of the telecommunication company regarding the design of the brand face of the company.
