Osama has a wide range of experience representing corporate clients through employment matters, lease agreements, non-competition agreements, shareholder agreements, acquisitions and sales, and when necessary, in litigation. Osama’s experience, advice, and counsel in business law are shown throughout the community through his clients’ successful business ventures.

Osama experience includes working with clients in a wide range of industries including banking, financial services, oil & gas, electric power, real estate development, retail, construction, telecommunications and manufacturing.

He also developed experience in immigration law (national and international) and international dispute resolution through international arbitration, litigation and international trade proceedings.
