Ittinant has been practicing law for over 25 years and has worked with some of the country’s top law firms. He has extensive experience in real estate, corporate and commercial/M&A and banking and finance matters and in bankruptcy, restructuring and business reorganisation.

Ittinant is a well-known practitioner in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space and is a go-to resource for businesses and investors operating at the top end of the country’s markets.

He regularly advises on the development and construction of property in Thailand and its subsequent leasing and operation, and is frequently tasked with overseeing in-depth corporate and land due diligence investigations to time-critical deadlines.

In addition to his "Leading Partner" status here at Legal 500, Ittinant is ranked year-on-year by the global independent research organisation, Chambers & Partners, which provides detailed commentary and insight into the world’s best legal practitioners. Ittinant’s recent matters include advising foreign investors and major real estate developers and energy companies on structuring and closing sales, joint ventures and M&A. He has also been advising FinTech and other digital companies on business structures, licensing and operations in Thailand.
