Siripen is a well-known figure in Bangkok’s community of high-end corporate lawyers and a key contact point for prestigious Thai and overseas clients regarding their business and legal affairs in Thailand. In practice for more than 19 years, she remains one of the few female founders of a law firm in the country.

Her success with major domestic and foreign clients and standing in the Thai legal community means IAS Advisory's corporate/M&A practice carries significant status. The firm is ranked by Chambers & Partners in both its Asia-Pacific and Global guides.

Siripen has been recommended regularly over the years here at Legal 500, which highlights practice area teams that are producing the most cutting edge and innovative advice in legal markets today. She was key to the firm receiving Legal 500's “Firm to Watch” designation, and is noted for her proficiency in managing large-scale corporate and commercial concerns as well as her ability to handle sophisticated cross-border M&A deals and transactions. She is also on Asia Business Law Journal's "A-List of Top Lawyers in Thailand."
