Nikos is a partner in our Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practice and joined our firm in June 2024.

He started his career in 1987 and worked as a sole practitioner until 2000 when he became the head of the newly founded Thessaloniki office of Zepos & Yannopoulos Law Firm.

In 2008 Nikos moved to Athens to lead the Dispute Resolution practice of Zepos & Yannopoulos, which he did for the next 15 years, representing before all levels of the Greek Courts many major multinational companies, such as

Nikos has a wealth of experience acting as lead counsel in representing clients in complex court litigation covering all range of civil, commercial, and corporate disputes, domestic and international. He is also very experienced in proceedings before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court in Greece. He has also handled as lead counsel several ICC and SCC arbitration cases, where, in the ICC cases, he has represented the Greek State Gas Company (DEPA) against some of the major retail providers of gas in Greece and, in the SCC case, a major port cranes’ greek manufacturer on a monetary claim against the buyer of the cranes.

Nikos has been ranked for many years in Tier 2 of The Legal 500, Greece and in Band 4 of Chambers Global/Chambers Europe for Dispute Resolution, Greece, at his previous firm.

Nikos is fluent in Greek and has a professional working proficiency in English.
