Mr. Jain is a lawyer by profession. He has done his LLB from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He is a prolific and articulate lawyer and has an extensive experience of more than 30 years in litigation, arbitration and regularly argues at various fora. He advises and represents key clients and has conducted high profile litigation suits before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission of various states and other Tribunals. He has earlier worked as legal counsel with various government organizations and enterprises. His vociferous stance of arguing in court, command over language and good analytical skills has lead to large amount of client satisfaction.
