Supervising Director

Lady-Ann Essuman is the founder of VINT & Aletheia Attorneys and Consultants and Lead Counsel of the Corporate and Commercial Practice group. She is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with specialization in negotiations, corporate restructuring, legal, regulatory and compliance management, and business advisory. Lady-Ann Essuman is also a Commissioner for Oaths.

She is currently an executive member and the legal counsel for the Council on Foreign Relations, Ghana; an independent, private, non-partisan, and non-profit think tank, which specializes in foreign policy and international relations with a special interest in the West African sub-region and Africa; alongside managing VINT & Aletheia. She is a professional and pays attention to the needs of her clients.
