He focuses on corporate/M&A and advises on all types of complex private and public cross-border M&A, JVs, financings, investments, franchises, distributorship and general business law.

Yassir has extensive experience in dispute resolution and arbitration, he advises on complex commercial/contractual disputes, and antitrust/competition and intellectual property matters, he also advises on bankruptcy and restructure, maritime and shipping, insurance, energy, real estate and investment disputes. Much of his work has a cross-boarder element.

Yassir is trilingual (Arabic-French-English) and admitted to the Casablanca Bar (Morocco).
