Martin Kollar has extensive experience in advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and financing structures. He also has in-depth knowledge of the aviation sector and payment transactions. For example, AKELA is the only law firm to be a member of EPSM, an EU-wide interest group for payment service providers.

Martin is the author of numerous articles in national and international newspapers, journals and books. He is the initiator and co-editor of 'Das große Handbuch Wirtschaftsrecht', a standard reference work with over 60 renowned authors, published by MANZ in cooperation with the Austrian Association of Corporate Counsel (VUJ).
