Alexander Schultmeyer specialises in banking and finance and energy law. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing complex financing transactions on both the borrower and lender side. He also has in-depth knowledge of energy and real estate law. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance (in particular renewable energy) and real estate finance. He also regularly advises on energy regulatory issues and on energy projects and real estate transactions.

Alexander is also a lecturer in banking and finance law at the University of Vienna, the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and the University of Applied Sciences Joanneum in Graz, as well as in energy law at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
