She has significant experience in intellectual property matters, specifically in patents and design matters. She also has significant experience in litigation, specifically intellectual property infringements and employment-related disputes at the various Superior Courts. She routinely advises various blue-chip brands on IP ownership and exploitation, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, consumer protection, employment-related matters, claims and disputes.
