Member of counsel team of an Italian company in its dispute in relation with a PPP based Hospital Project in Ankara, Türkiye. Member of counsel team of a Turkish/Italian JV Contractor in its dispute against the Employer in relation with Haliç Metro Crossing Bridge of İstanbul Metro Project in İstanbul,Türkiye. Experience on the operation and management with regards to various types of contracts including EPC contracts and subcontracts. Drafting, reviewing, or revising agreements related to various construction projects in line with the demands of the clients. Tender review and preparation of contractual risk analysis items for construction projects tendered in Saudi Arabia. Preparation of country risk analysis of Libya regarding construction investment for an Italian client. Review of contract for finalization stage regarding a construction project tendered in Lesotho. Preparation of contract manuals and entitlement tables for use of contractor team in different types of construction projects located in Romania and Saudi Arabia. Preparing various legal documents for pre and post arbitral procedures. Follow-up and assistance of arbitration cases to be resolved in ICC.Disputes Member of counsel team of a multinational construction company for its claims against the Employer in a pipeline and processing facility construction project executed in Tunisia under an EPC Contract (ICC Arbitration Case).

Education

Aybüke Sezer studied law in Yeditepe University after graduating from İzmir Atatürk High School in 2015. She continues her studies as an LL.M. student at Bahçeşehir University’s program of Capital Markets and Commercial Law, specializing on Variations and Adjustments in FIDIC Contracts for her thesis.
