Doctor of Law from the University Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, and graduate in Law from the U.de Chile. He is a lawyer and professor of administrative law. He is a RegCom researcher and previously worked as a professor at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.

His areas of expertise are State liability, administrative judicial review, and utility regulation.

Before founding Valdivia Legal, he led Barros, Letelier & González's public law team.
