Amin specializes in civil, commercial, labour and criminal litigation by attending before the courts with all its kinds and degrees including experts’ sessions as well as drafting the memoranda submitted before the courts including proceeding with all the required procedures of lawsuits.

Mr. Kamal represents individuals and corporations in complex disputes in courts across Egypt, which includes trial, investigations, and pleadings. His work inc­ludes legal practice in all transactions concerning real estate and property rights and shares as well as his specialization in the procedures of notarizing, registering and legalizing sale, usufruct, and mortgage contracts.

Mr. Kamal also represents major multinational corporations and airlines in high stake civil, commercial and employment cases and advises on all matters related to employment law. He provides advisory on day-to-day business to client in conducting business in Egypt.
