Mohmed represents a variety of major financial institutions, banks, companies, free-zone companies regarding various aspects related to their business in Egypt. Mohamed also represents and advice our clients in relation to the incorporation of different types of companies, representative offices and foreign company branches in Egypt and conducting all the relevant corporate work and legal procedures, he has also broad experience in preparing all corporate related documents such as OGMs, EGMs and board resolutions for different kinds of legal entities in addition to attending as a board secretary for joint stock companies.

This in addition to representing clients before the various governmental entities which include but not limited to the General Authority for Investment, Tax Authority, General Organization for Export and Import Control and the Central Bank of Egypt.

Mohamed also advises our clients in connection with commercial agreements, this includes but is not limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the execution or termination of such agreements.
