Junior Associate

Asser Negm El Din joined Afifi in 2023 as a junior associate in the Corporates and Disputes team. He is actively engaged in providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and reviewing contracts. Additionally, Negm El Din advises clients on commercial and contractual matters and represents them before courts and governmental institutions.

He represents clients before various governmental entities, including the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, Tax Authority, General Organization for Export and Import Control, and the Central Bank of Egypt. Negm El Dinis also involved in the incorporation procedures of different types of companies, representative offices, scientific offices, as well as the preparation of OGM, EGM, and AOA documents for various entities.
