Junior Associate

Habiba joined Afifi in 2024 in the Corporate and Commercial department. Recently, graduated from the British university in Egypt in 2023 with a final classification of distinction with honors and ranking 4th of her graduating class, her educational background has equipped her with a deep and well-rounded knowledge of both civil law and common law systems. Habiba provides day-to-day legal advice to clients on commercial transactions, corporate matters, whereby, she participates by drafting, amending, and translating agreements, attending negotiation meetings, advising on employment matters from an Egyptian legal perspective.

Habiba also represents clients before governmental authorities, such as the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), in addition, she collaborates with our aviation and competition team on various transactions.
