After graduating from Bahçelievler Anadolu High School, Oğuz Çerçi completed his studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and started his professional career.
During his legal internship, Oğuz Çerçi worked at Ürey Law Firm and successfully completed his internship. Oğuz Çerçi is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and continues his professional activities at our firm.
Oğuz Çerçi provides services to our clients in various areas, including criminal cases and compensation claims arising from occupational accidents, collective and individual labor law, social security law, disputes related to the Law regarding the protection of the value of Turkish Currency, rental law, family and inheritance law, trademark transfer procedure, personal data protection, cybercrime, and law of obligations. In addition to legal cases and disputes, he also offers preventive legal services by providing solutions to clients’ various consultancy needs. He also plays a role in activities such as the preparation and implementation of mediation processes.
During his education, he took part in various associations and clubs and participated in their activities. He served as the president of the Istanbul University Faculty of Law Culture and Sports Club for a while. Currently, he is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association’s Istanbul Law Football Team. In addition to his attendance in other organizations, he actively participates in the Istanbul Bar Association Sports and Sports Law Commission, aiming to enhance his professional connections.
