Serhan Akyıldırım has been graduated from Doğu Akdeniz University after his graduation from Ankara Tınaztepe High School. He has obtained Actuary (Compensation for Incapacity and Loss of Support) expert certificate from Okan University and Labor Receivables Account Expert Arising From Labor Law expert certificate from İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.

He has started his professional career in a well-established law firm where individual labor law and international road transport law are concentrated and he has carried out his profession in this context for many years.

Serhan Akyıldırım specializes in various legal areas such as individual labor law, social security law, collective labor law, law of obligations and the law of protection of personal data and confidential information. He gives support to our clients regarding the preparation of contracts within the scope of the employer-employee relationship, the resolution of disputes arising from contractual and legal obligations between the employer and the employee, the resolution of disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation, etc.), the management of litigation processes and the resolution of disputes arising within the scope of all kinds of audits.
