Founding Partner

Camille Billard, a founding partner of Milestone Avocats, heads the employment team.

She represents French and international companies in all aspects of employment law.

In particular, Camille advises companies on individual and collective labour relations, strategic restructuring and reorganisation: drafting complex employment contracts, structuring executive remuneration, disciplinary procedures, exit negotiations, staff representative elections, negotiating and concluding collective agreements, social audits, growth operations, collective redundancy agreements and job protection plans.

Camille Billard also represents companies in disputes with their trade unions, staff representatives and employees, as well as senior executives in disputes with their employers.

Camille Billard also acts for senior executives in their exit negotiations.
