Upon qualification, Charlotte worked at the top-tier firm Penningtons Manches Cooper. It was at Penningtons that Charlotte gained a wealth of experience in financial and children’s matters, both domestic and overseas. In 2022, Charlotte joined Georgina at a leading London firm, working with ultra-high net worth clients. Attracted by its core values and unique place in the market (as well as the chance to work with Georgina again), Charlotte joined Hamblin Family Law in 2023 and was made a Partner in 2024.

Charlotte regularly advises on financial matters involving multiple jurisdictions, trust assets, and complex business structures. She has acted for a range of clients, including high-profile businesspeople, entrepreneurs, those in the public eye, and mothers/homemakers.
