Joelle is an Associate at AX Law. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of technology-related legal matters and provides guidance and legal input on commercial agreements, covering aspects including financial services through digital platforms, data protection, and overall regulatory compliance within the technology and telecommunications industries in Saudi Arabia. Joelle also recently worked with a government university in the UAE, providing day-to-day legal advice ensuring all operations comply with relevant federal laws and regulations.

Prior to her role at AX Law, Joelle served as Junior Legal Counsel at Expo City Dubai. In this position, she supported a variety of legal areas, including the reviewing and negotiating of a wide range of contract types, and providing guidance on matters related to intellectual property and regulatory compliance. Joelle also gained experience in corporate affairs, particularly in the incorporation of companies across multiple jurisdictions within the MENA region. She also collaborated closely with relevant authorities to ensure that companies operating in Dubai Free Zones adhered to all applicable regulations during their renewal processes.
