Syed Wahid is the Managing Partner and one of the Co-Founders of TRW Law Firm, bringing over a decade of legal expertise since qualifying as an Advocate. He specializes in complex property transactions, guiding clients through the acquisition, development, and disposal of land assets. His expertise includes reviewing heads of terms, conducting thorough title investigations, assessing the benefits and burdens of rights, and ensuring clients fully understand and mitigate risks associated with their investments. Once a site is acquired, Syed facilitates the legal groundwork, including section agreements and ancillary documents, to support seamless development and a strategic exit.
Before co-founding TRW Law Firm, Syed built a distinguished career, rising through the ranks from paralegal to Advocate and eventually managing commercial property departments and regional offices at his previous firm. His extensive experience includes advising on various acquisition and disposal strategies, such as option agreements, conditional contracts, and back-to-back transactions. His deep understanding of the challenges faced by both landowners and developers allows him to take a balanced, solution-oriented approach to transactions, ensuring efficiency and successful deal closures.
