Immediately after completing her studies, Maja Petelinšek joined the municipal administration, specializing in property legal matters, where she worked until 2011. During the period of 2009/2010, she completed a judicial internship at the Higher Court in Koper. In 2011, she joined the law firm Starman/Velkaverh in Koper, working as a legal associate until 2022. Since 2022, she has been practicing as an independent attorney and collaborates with the law firm Velkaverh, Štravs, Podgornik o.p., d.o.o. as an external legal consultant.
