Lindenbaum

Guido Vergouwen is a partner at the firm. He has extensive experience in (international) corporate and M&A related litigation, with his main focus on disputes between shareholders, family companies, failed negotiations and takeover disputes.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Vergouwen was partner at a leading Dutch law firm. Being an experienced M&A negotiator for over 10 years, he shifted focus to takeover disputes and failed negotiations as co-head of the firm’s (then) newly formed specialized litigation team.

Since 2010, Mr. Vergouwen has been teaching corporate law at Nyenrode University. He publishes regularly in one of the main jurisprudence journals and is co-author of the book “Garanties in de Rechtspraktijk” (representations and warranties in legal practice). He is president of the Dutch branch and board member of the papal foundation ACN International.
