Dispute Resolution. Inita handles the full spectrum of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insurance and construction disputes. She represents clients in court concerning insurance compensation disputes and is experienced in settlement negotiations. Additionally, Inita has extensive experience with subrogation claims. Furthermore, over the years, Inita has gained significant experience in construction disputes, representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in a wide variety of cases, including those related to damages, contract disputes, and fulfillment of bank demand guarantees etc.
