Aija represents Latvian and international clients in a wide range of complex and high-profile disputes, both in and out of court as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Dispute Resolution. Over the years, Aija has represented numerous clients in M&A litigation and shareholder disputes. She has been involved in multiple lawsuits addressing dominant undertaking liability within corporate groups, as well as issues related to private international law. Aija also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings involving disputes related to the international sale of goods.
