Dispute Resolution. Over the years, Aija has represented numerous clients in M&A litigation and shareholder disputes. She has been involved in multiple lawsuits addressing dominant undertaking liability within corporate groups, as well as issues related to private international law. Aija also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings involving disputes related to the international sale of goods.
