1) What do you see as the main points that differentiate ZADAL from your competitors?
We have a strong commitment to service excellence, combining the scale required to handle complex, high-value matters with a personalized approach that ensures close client relationships. If I had to highlight one defining factor, it would be our ability to deliver maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Moreover, our vision in structuring complex solutions sets us apart from the competition.
2) Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?
We believe that the real estate market in Spain is booming. Our comprehensive perspective on this sector allows us to offer clients integrated solutions across finance, tax, M&A, and all other related services.
Additionally, the direct lending market is steadily gaining prominence. While traditional banks remain key players, investment funds are rapidly increasing their market share. We expect this trend to continue, creating new opportunities and challenges for businesses seeking financing.
3) What's the main change you've made in the firm that will benefit clients?
Thanks to the support of our clients and by listening to their needs, we have made a tremendous effort to expand the services we offer, moving towards a full-service practice. This evolution benefits our clients significantly, as they can access all necessary legal services through a single point of contact.
4) Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?
Yes indeed, this integration is helping improve efficiency to some extent. However, high-value-added services, such as those offered by ZADAL, cannot be delivered without a personalized and high-level
service approach. While technology supports optimization, the essence of our work remains deeply human and tailored to each client’s specific needs.
5) Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?
Clients who repeatedly hire our services clearly understand the way we add value—by always being fully available to seek creative solutions for every challenge and transaction. We consistently provide the best possible outcomes, ensuring that every legal and financial aspect is handled with precision and strategic foresight.
6) Are clients looking for stability and strategic direction from their law firms - where do you see the firm in three years’ time?
This year, as we celebrate the fantastic milestone of 10 years as ZADAL, we are determined to make it a game-changing period for our firm. Our goal is to transition into a fully comprehensive practice, reinforcing our commitment to high-value-added services. In three years, we will have completed this transformation and solidified our position as a leading reference in the legal sector.
