Constantino Vidal has an extensive professional career in corporate tax advice, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructuring and private banking and Wealth Management, both nationally and internationally.

Constantino started his career at Garrigues, then he moved to the Financial Taxation area at Cuatrecasas and was head of Tax at Ecija.

Constantino is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and member of the Association of Economists of A Coruña, and professor and lecturer at different educational institutions and business schools.

Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, LLM in Business Tax Consultancy from the IE Law School.
