Her clients benefit from the given expertise in employee transfer matters, negotiations with trade unions and work councils at both national and international levels. Karolina Baronaitė - Birmontė led numerous high-profile projects advising local and international clients.

Prior to founding Elegant Solution, Karolina Baronaitė - Birmontė had been developing her legal practise at one of the most renowned law firms in Lithuania. Karolina speaks English and Russian languages and is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.
