Gabriele's primary areas of legal practice include corporate law, company formation, reorganization, and restructuring. She provides legal advice to ensure business compliance and risks mitigation, drafts a wide range of agreements and organizational documents, and handles matters related to competition and labour law. Gabriele actively follows developments in criminal law, with a particular focus on issues related to the qualification of offenses that are sensitive to businesses. Gabriele defended her master's thesis with the highest grade in the subject of “Qualification issues of the unauthorised engagement in Economic, Commercial, Financial or Professional activities (Art. 202 of the Criminal Code)”. 

Gabriele advises FinTech companies on national and international regulatory and compliance matters. Before joining Elegant Solution, Associate Gabriele Tamkeviciute has gained valuable work experience at one of the law firms in FinTech Legal in Lithuania. 

One of Gabriele’s biggest hobbies is ballroom dancing. More than 15 years of experience in the field of dance not only formed such qualities as discipline and responsibility, but also taught elegance, harmony, and creativity, which undoubtedly helps on the professional path. The Associate's practice is founded on integrity, which she believes is essential value for building trustworthy and lasting relationships with clients.
