Igor Bernik is a founding and managing partner of Bernik Dimitrijević.
He graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana and passed both the bar exam in 2017 and the attorney exam in 2018.
He was a member of a research team at the Institute of Criminology at University of Ljubljana and as a co-author published a monography on subject of punitivity in the reporting on the subject of white-collar crime in Slovene media.
His main areas of expertise are matters of corporate law and M&A transactions. He also focuses his practice on commercial law, competition law and intellectual property law. He has significant experience in international commercial arbitration. His most valuable contribution to Bernik Dimitrijević is that of skilled negotiator and practical and pragmatic consultant to corporate clients.
