Miloš Dimitrijević is an attorney at law and partner at Bernik Dimitrijević.

He graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana by successfully defending his thesis on Insolvency restructuring procedures . He completed a judicial traineeship at the Ljubljana Higher Court. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana in the area of civil (contract) law.

He successfully passed the Slovenian bar exam and attorney exam.

He co-authored a published book in the area of banking law: on potential liabilities arising from the cancellation of financial instruments of Slovene banks.

His professional focus are matters of international commercial law and litigation, while being proficient in substantive contract law, sector specific regulation (especially in the transportation and IT sectors), real estate law, labor law and personal immigration among other areas.
